I call this a breakfast smoothie because it makes you feel full and energetic and therefore it’s perfect to start the day.
What you need:
- A banana (the riper, the better)
- About a handful of frozen berries
- A handful of oatmeal
- 1-3 tps of chia seeds
- 2 tps of almond butter (sugarfree)
- 0,5 ml water
What you do:
Throw all the ingrediants into your blender and blend until it’s smooth. Done!
I love this smoothie, because it makes you feel full for a long time! There are only healthy ingrediants in it and even though the colour looks a bit nasty it tastes delicious!
